So you're saying that the hire was paid for out of the common stock and not the Series B shares? That doesn't really make sense to me, but I'd like to see the insider holdings of the common stock to verify that. Got a link?

Just so you know, I'm not looking to add to my postion here - and I am a bagholder (.0028). It sucks, and I was looking to see if the rumors were true or not or if anyone had more current information.

I like the real estate filings - they mean that they're going after business that they said they would!
