Balance this Great Wall China initiative vs. last week's initiative from Raytheon who is considering a Cyclone as the power plant for a new torpedo. Weird duality.

Obviously, the interest in Cyclone is wildly diversified and worldwide. All Good!

My only concern about China is based on some prior family dealings which started out well but over time turned into a financial disaster which cost my parents years of their life and their entire wealth. These Chinese biz people, operating under close supervision of their government, flat our robbed my family blind.

The Chinese do NOT honor business agreements. The Chinese are major cheaters in all things based upon foreign money. It's a cultural thing and it will never change.

If it were any other big country, like India or Brazil, I would embrace the idea wholeheartedly. But not China. This spells out danger for Cyclone. Go ahead and sell them the finished product but do NOT give them access to the Intellectual Property!
