Bob, Probably worries of delays in 3G.. While CDMA2000 1X is being deployed in existing networks the majority of the 3G Licenses that have been issued are not being built out yet and some have been delayed/cancelled....

Remember that QCOm gets some royalties and possibly some chip sales on these so any delay is a delay in Q's revenue stream.

I think there was some announcement from Telefonica yesterday, but I have no link.......

QCOM's existing CDMA & CDMA2000 base is just a small percentage of what the over all 3G potentially can be.
