Are you using FXCM omar?

If so, that's why you got the requote when you tried to sell.

I used to use them and during high volatility periods, it was next to impossible to buy or sell. I remember one time trying to take profit on a short I had. If I remember right, I had probably 40 or 50 pips profit. But, by the time I finally got the trade to go through, I only had about 15 pips. That was after hitting the button about a dozen times.

After that, I closed my account with them and moved to Oanda.

I've never had any problems trading on Oanda. Works every time I pull the trigger.
