For all of you looking for an alternative/alternate dsl provider:

This site that larry posted ( http://www.dslreports.com/ ) has a very handy dsl provider search. You enter your zip code and it gives you a list of available options rated by their users. You can also read all users comments (like in Amazon)

Very useful (and revealing)

I chose my dsl provider in January using this feature, and it has worked perfectly since. (I hope I'm not jinxing it)
