Pedro this can take up to 4 months and that is just a start. years is how long any case would take if ever went to trial. Nothing is fast with our courts.

In fact our courts are so slow there has been created private courts. Many contracts will include clauses to agree to arbitration with places like jams to avoid how long courts would take. They agree not to use courts. That is how bad our court system is. Just takes too long.
