There is a bank announcement coming. Presently, the card data is in the hands of the regulators. In fact, the compliance officer is reviewing a ton of paperwork determining the risk associated with the card. As Steve told me, "the process is moving painfully slow". By the way, most of the fees have been paid. He also shared the "processor" is "one of the largest". :)
