Yesterday 222,400(*1) shares were traded, and 29,626,916(*2) shares are outstanding Yesterday, 0.75% of the total shares were traded - I wouldn't call that bleeding. Maybe unusual activity, but if you look at the yahoo link, there have been periodic trades of this volume within the past month.

My only issue with this particular company, is my reliance on Northern. If Northern got on today, and said something negative about this company - I know the stock price would plummet. I think investors should only worry if their due diligence is lacking. Connecting the recent activity to "insider information" is water-downed paranoia. There are a lot more other reasonable explanations for the movement: somebody found a cheaper stock, the person who originally bought it was unhappy with their due diligence, someone had to unload the stock to pay to free up some cash and possible many other reasons.

Personally, I lack the ability forecast the market. Yet according to the last 10Q PFGY was profitable (sans the write off), there is a reasonable probability of deposit money being recovered and as long as the German contract is effective sales (hopefully a long with profits) will be strong.

PFGY is an interesting company - I look forward to their next 10Q.

Good luck tika1_sharma!
