Oops, another question:

You said: "Definitely turn off your "Block WAN Requests" or Firewall when you call them so their automated diagnostic equiptment can work."

I can't find anything that says that specifically, but in the router control panel there is a check box next to the following text: Respond to Ping on Internet WAN Port

Is turning that on the same as turning off the "block WAN request" thing you mentioned?
