Well that is strange but anyone can steal a logo by right clicking "copy" and then hitting "paste". So despite the different names of the companies, different CEOs, different locations, one is private the other is public, one generates $25 million in revenue and the other zero, and obvious fact that no one will offer $3 a share for company trading at 1 cent, you are going to base your entire investing decision on a missplaced logo? If so, you deserve to lose your money. Good luck.
