The company knows what it's doing... It intentionally has been secretive for about a year now, you can only guess why... Mr. Wang is not a scammer, and this company is worth beyond what the pps is right now, Novartis deal or not.
Somehow these leaks and news tend to come at the exact time when the chart is ready to pop. First, it was the license of H1N1 allowing CHBO to complete the right side of a cup, and now, after a nice handle has formed, they came out with another leak that has allowed the stock to complete the whole cup and a handle pattern, and even break a chart-formed target of 4 cents. There was one more pattern that has been completed and broken today (5 cents). How convenient... MMs must have known exactly when those leaks were coming out, right?.. Or is it just an awful lot of coinsidences?
Let me guess: they are not going to come out and officially announce that they have nothing to do with this deal =)
