I think one glaring fact in this whole sh^% stirring charade is that NYC (Cuomo) has distinct conflict of interest here.

Now let's see if the FTC has enough balls to call this thing what it really is.

I think one real question is why didn't Cuomo give a damn about INTC 5 years ago?? Maybe it's because AMD wasn't kissing his ars and feeding them bucks.
IMHO - probably is the reality of this thing is that Hector and Cuomo are both crooks. Any fool should be able to see right through this garbage. They probably won't now that it is a political issue. Hey let's suck some more cash out of INTC while the getting is good. I mean why not - The EU got away with it. Don't set there for a minute and tell me your all not thinking this. I know you all are and your liein if your not.
