exactly hotdawg, i think .003 is a low estimate if we can get the pressure on. the float is low and i doubt too many at all are holding much under .001 at this point. looking at the volume by price shows that most should be around .0016 with a few at the .0011 / .0012 range.

i think we can push this over .003 with the right folks in in the play. anyone following this knows this as well. that will bring new buyers to the play as well.
