So there is no confusion to todays press release on AAA:
Allana will retain 100% ownership of the company, China Mineral Co. will receive 20% of projects total potash production at a price disounted to the market price and Allana receives 280M which is 35% OF 800m....

Thats the deal.....

All other offers are still on the table and will remain on the table for further discussions....
