When people fear inflation and recession they tend to move money from risky stocks into solid blue chip stock in an attempt to preserve capital and still reap a modest annual return on money.

When I see strong buy signals on a company that makes soap I begin to wonder if a rotation back to the safety of the DOW is underway.
