sounds like there may be truth to this - on cc today zgen's CMO stated that analysis of blood levels does in fact suggest pts were incorrectly dosed due to the fact dilution of drug was necessary since ZGEN originally thought they would be dosing higher. this has since been corrected, and she intimated that this was discovered before the last cohort in naives was dosed and now not a problem

it may explain some of the better than expected efficacy data, but on the whole is tremendously reassuring if in fact this was the cause of the liver AEs
