This company is majority owned by CHBO

It appears that Zhejiang Tianyuan Bio-pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of China Biopharma, Inc. (OTC:CHBO). At least, that is what all the available information online points to. At http://www.chinabiopharma.com.cn/ it is stated that "the Company owns the majority interest of Zhejiang Tianyuan Biotech Co., Ltd."
