On the last visit to the low 16 (10/6) there was a huge volume price reversal, I expected a retest of that low (not matching thus the bid above that low, was much too high). Since that volume price reversal, there has been slow but steady improvement in both OBV and money flow, an indication that that Volume price reversal was genuine...we will know in the fullness of time.
