imo the "sneaky" factor is whoever is shorting the stock to create more shares on their convertible financing. they hire a squad of bears to whip up a terror campaign... and occasionally it works. in the midst of all the fake share-swapping on L2 we have a few frightened retailers taking the bait and hitting the bid.

but we've also got big fish loading up on their shares, to the tune of 500K, 600K, 750K and 1M+ at a time. doesn't anyone ever read the tape anymore?? lol

oh, well, that's just darwin in action.
