I'm going to try and see this from positive view while being conservative in expectation on time frame. Could be quite awhile till we hear substantially more info. Could take the customer a long time to get all the bids and announce the winner. So we must be prepared to wait. What I don't want to see is this is the only bid they are working. They need to keep them coming. If not that will be a negative for me.
