I hope that your hunch becomes cold hard fact JHD! – LOL. Anything favorable to boost the overall sagging morale (volume) here would be welcome. Tomorrow’s DC hearing, with an accompanying favorable ruling, could be just what the doctor ordered! That said – I will not lose any sleep tonight or be increasing my position until we see a RULING!!!
