I think people need to go back and read the PRs. I just read the last dozen, not seeing anything where we can truly hold them accountable. Lot of meetings/JVs, pretty much it. They either put those meetings to good use or they don't. If they don't put those meetings to good use not sure how much longer this can go on.

It's obvious the TSX move was delayed for some reason/s. What can we do about it? We're still in business, there was no dumping here and I don't see how people think a company that dumps for a couple hundred grand could still be in business considering when the start of the dumping apparent took place. The Hess PR was clarified and he's still listed as a director nominee on Business Week. Plus the PR said he would become a director only if the merger took place, which I assume is the first day of trading.
