ok, that's been mentioned before....the question is: do you know as a fact that it is this company (the "third acquisition") which holds the patents?

I would agree that logic suggests that would be the reason for the generous offer vs. actual revenue.....

but, again there is too little info supplied by Dean.....it certainly would NOT have been a breach of secrecy to simply state they were buying the company and ITS PATENT RIGHTS....
