That's the one and I am not disagreeing with the terms laid out in the PR. But since this is just pure speculation anyway, the terms could have changed to include a cash/stock swap/warrant issue deal. Never know. That's the only reason I can see the O/S going up and the relative float remaining the same.

JMO, who the heck really knows without news.
