As much as I like this stock, I dont think it will go up until a big buyer comes in and clears out the remaining 67k shares on the ask. And even if that happens, these big sellers might have more shares they just arent showing yet.

Keep an eye on L2 and wait for a better time to buy. These big sellers might drive the PPS down even further, eventually it will get noticed. It's not OTCBB, so some big fund might eventually step in and grab it.
