Some cc companies offer packages where each caller gets put into a que. Then a moderator goes through the que and screens the question, and if it is reasonable ( not some petulant basher ) the moderator presents the question to Fisher and the whole group. This maintains order. An open cc where everyone is talking over each other is counter productive.
