The problem with that theory, BS, is that if SPNG had filed honestly in the first place (just as 10s of thousands of other companies do) there would be no need to go back and redo/re-audit/ restate. How is it that thousands upon thousands of other companies never have to re-audit even once, no matter how long they've been in business, and yet SPNG has to redo two+ years of Qs and Ks?
