Well, that is most probably true, but it didn't happen because the promoter was at fault here. I have no knowledge whatsoever that the promoter told any people TO SELL their stock. This is why the stock went down: too many people sold their stock, most probably to make, collectively, hundreds of thousands of dollars, as a partial result of selling, or because they simply panicked! Since the stock went down, many people are naturally unhappy because they bought the stock higher. Well, here I AM myself. I own 3 stocks: CENV, ZENG and IGSM. I am down, on paper, over $15,000. So what? I will wait until the stock is back up! And if it is never coming back up, I gambled and I lost! Voila!
