Well, there are 13.5M warrants outstanding now. When exercised, those WILL become shares. So once the stock goes above $2.25 we will start having to count some of those shares as part of the outstanding-shares...Probably using the treasury method. At least we will get cash for those warrants when they are exercised.

It'll be somewhat of a 'anchor' in the stock price going forward, sadly.
