That was one of my original theories and is still entirely possible. It would be very interesting if the public float of CMKX is 40 billion and then Urban simply issued himself enough CIM to ensure majority control of CIM and gave us a 1:1 distribution of CIM shares for a public IPO of CIM. Anything's possible at this stage. The great news is that we are guessing, and in all likelihood, so are the shorts. Personally, though, I believe if that was the case, the dividends wouldn't be terribly necessary. The CIM exchange would pretty much trap the shorts. So I think that we are just going to keep getting dividends until shorty says "uncle". At this stage, seems the pain threshhold for shorty must be getting high. :)
