Zardiw, again this is not the point. Yes P2O has lower sulfur content, which would be expected. It does not address how well the scale up or the new modifications of the large batch reactor will work.

I have been in a company that tried scaling up a process. It started with a golf ball size reaction chamber. That worked. They increased the chamber size to roughly a soda can volume. That apparently worked. They then increased the size to about two gallon jugs. The results became sporadic. However, Johnson and Johnson Inc was interested in a 40' by 40' room to carry out the process. Now you are talking BIG money looking at the process that was not able to produce consistent results at a smaller scale.
