A. I own 20k shares so I can be critical of management if I want. Sorry you dont agree with my thoughts but I'm not bashing, just stating how I think things should have been handled.

B. The pr said 13.5M preferred AND warrants so you have to assume it's 13.5M each. It's definitely not 13.5M cumulative as we know there are 13.5M preferred at 1.10/ea for 15M plus 13.5 at 2.255 for another 30M. Do the math.
