That theory would debunk most of the koolaid posts here for the last few days of Pike buying for an investment. I have no doubt it's true, but no one here will ever believe it. You have to believe in "the conspiracy" about NSS, UBSS, NITE,
and the NY Post to have any credibility here.

Maybe he had previously dumped a bunch of illegally freed up shares and was frantically buying them back. That would explain why a sophisticated investor would not wait and buy at his price choosing instead to chase offers for twice what he might have otherwise paid.
