I honestly didn't see the processor hardware as that top secret. I assumed they found a vendor in China that worked with their catalyst and that hardware is really just a commodity. I was interested in who because if we knew the standard performance metrics of that hardware then we could compare them against the metrics when the catalyst is used. Alot of these vendors I have researched have put out their basic performance numbers publicly so we could all take a look. As a shareholder that would seem to be a good datapoint and would be interesting to see independently verified. As I say, I always saw the secret catalyst as the real value here not the hardware.

Additionally, I would think anybody wanting to invest in a joint venture or even large/institutional investors would want to know about the vendors supplying the hardware, so I am not so sure this can remain some big secret for long. Can they produce enough machines to support the business plan? Can they support my franchise if I have a part failure? etc.

Pretty basic stuff in my view but I am sure crazy/controversial/negative/bashing for many...
