Judge Sleets ruling on the appeal and subsequent ruling on the $4.4b is key...and, of course, the major signal for a settlement.

The "window of [settlement] opportunity", to me, will then be defined as the time between the awarding of the $4.4b and the Reorganization Date. That window will define when we will see a settlement for this mess. I cannot see another extension on the Reorg. date because WMI is responsible for meeting the deadline...and I fully expect them to.
