We'll send you a new modem. lot's of customers disconnected, I am Jagdish from India and am very sorry for your problem, we will reverse your charges and send you the new modem. No problem, many customers have complained. Sorry you can't cancel online we don't care you are being scammed sorry, but your new modem is on the way - 40 minute for this crap
