In this scenario Yorkville may be happy to leave with cash in their pocket at lower levels but still keep some shares of common stock. After that NeoMedia can grow. As NeoMedia generates income and has NO debt, they can quickly extinguish shares in the market place. See YellowJacket's famous Chump Change postings. They speak loudly at how quickly this will happen. I think his latest estimate says a value of $2 billion. How many shares there are at that time determines the PPS. So yes .32 can be reached and the +?? can be reach into triple penny land! But how patient will folks be?
