Wasnt it astonishing at 400 million in proposals?. But I didnt see that word used then. So am i to believe it is much more than 400 million now or is it Bob recycling old stuff.

This guy Levine is on a paid salary sooooo I truly do believe we are headed to nirvana here at some point. Battis would not of brought the guy on if it was otherwise. Really things have progressed quite well all in all and had it not been for BBs near future BS we probably wouldnt be quite as annoyed as I know we all are becoming because of a seemingly endless wait.
