I am saying that YA if they do not want to lose control of the voting power of their options and warrants, then they have to stop selling. If they go over 2.5 billion shares in the float, then they cannot override the wishes of the other common shareholders.

YA will now want the share price to step up to higher levels. The higher the price is when a serious offer is about to be made the higher justification for XXX percent above where it is trading when it is made public. YA wants the 100 percent above the market price to start from 0.16 per share and not .016. The only way it gets to that level is with positive news and earnings. And without the added stress of YA selling into the price spikes.
