EZ the problem is they are NOT REGISTERIED WITH THE SEC!!!! Now that should be a sure warning from the start. The SEC has never heard of them. Just the pinky's you know the group that lets companies rip people off with scam's like this company has done repeatly in the past with pump and dumps and scams.
