It's from Reg SHO, the Restricted Shares symbol simply means that a certain threshold percentage of shares has been naked shorted by the public and no more can be shorted without first borrowing the shares, as well as the reported shorts must find share collateral. I think the threshold is something like 5% of the daily average over the last three months but am not sure. It's probably just the Dumb 'n Dumper crowd which is being so uncharacteristically quiet the past two days on this board.

Note that MMs can legally naked short which is justified as accommodation for customers. Part of the Madoff Rule abused this wherein the MM could pass its naked short on to clients who still did not need to borrow the shares, thus leading to infinite printings of phantom shares.

P.S. It's been a long time since I was a professional. Registered Reps risk their jobs by posting on message boards, including whiny crybabies from firms like Nesbitt Burns.
