I'd guess that pretty much anyone who still owns a significant amount of shares in SPNG believes that the O/S is below 722M closer to 500M as PR'd.

They would be seriously wrong. And by the way, it was never PRed that the O/S was 722 million shares. It was PRed that the O/S was 722 million shares "AS OF THE DATE OF THE LAST 10Q". That is a big difference, Sparky, because since that last 10Q, the A/S has been raised not once, not twice, not three times, but four times and now stands at 3 billion plus. .

They did not raise the A/S for funs and giggles.
