In the CC Dean said,..."I narrowed the use...", unfortunately no one asked him to explain in detail, what he ment by norrowed the use. I do believe the narrowing satified a lot of the examiner's desires and clears the way to approval. Some other poster, said it seems we just need to clarify the use label and it's a done deal. Put the label on it and its ready to go! JMHO
