Hard to explain without several charts but the jist is, if on that date the $compq is below 1894 the likelihood is greater of a decline than a rise in the markets on my charts. Today can change things but, in order for that to happen volune would have to be either real heavy or real light today to skew my internal charts back into a positive mode. If they do not turn back into a positive mode within the next 2-3 days then the downhill slide should hasten. At least in the dow.
