Albert, with his his brother Manny actually failed in their original pursuit of fs restoration, but Manny, a marketing whiz who got his PHD from NYU, immediatly recognized a unique marketing opportunity when he first saw the unusal shape of their raw material when it was deep fried and of course, the rest of their success story is prolly pretty well known by now.
