Well actually I don't know if it only affects 2008. There was no mention about 2009 so that could be because it doesn't affect 2009 or because they do not know yet how it affects 2009 in detail.

I think the latter is more probable but if it affects 2008 only minor there is nothing really to fear about 2009. The worst I guess is that we are looking at a PE of 4 instead of 3 or so.

But that all is not official yet so I'm looking forward to the official announcement. Btw, the SEC is looking at it for the last few weeks so I expect to hear something from the company any day now.
