Coomon sense. There has been zero other reason for them to continually raise the a/s, as they have done. Plus, the o/s was 1.99 billion back in May, when the a/s was 2 billion. Right after that document surfaced from Olde Monmouth, they raised the a/s to 2.2 billion....then 2.5, then 2.75, and now 3....


plus the preferred was changed a bit as well, to assure them they would always have a voting majority.
