The Hunt for the Next 10 Bagger

Can anyone tell me where I can find a decent scanning tool for finding sub-pennies and micros? I am willing to pay for a subscription as long as it's decent and I can write my own scans. I've been looking everywhere without much success; StockCharts.com doesn't scan for them and StockFetcher.com returns a few but I've found their coding language to be a little "funky" at times. These are the only two sites with scanning tools that I have come across. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
