yes that's right, for every 1 NM share you buy you own a 40% stake in every NMM share, and a 20%stake in the new, to be formed blank check company share! Plus the whole Navios Maritime Holdings Fleet!!!!! I think is the most overlooked company in shipping history, but not for too long it won't stay like this, investors are going to wake up and smell the opportunity!
