I am also a very experienced OTC stock trader.

It is entirely normal for these companies to dump shares into the float to raise capital. In fact, they often hire other firms to do it for them.

In many cases, as a long, you WANT them to sell shares and get rid of interest bearing debt. You just hope that is what they are using the proceeds for.

In this case, insider holding is very high for a startup.

A retrace was imminent after that torrid run up over the past few days.

I am slightly underwater with .09 shares and holding. I may add some more if and when I sense the gap is filling.
